Business Development Manager

key responsibilities

  • Candidate must have 1-3 years of experience in sales & marketing.
  • Candidate must have knowledge of international and domestic bidding (Upwork, Freelancer etc)
  • Candidate should be from IT background (web development, web design, graphic design, app development)
  • Software developers are not required.
  • Must have good client handling exposure & generating clients for staffing requirements
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
  • Generating business from existing clients and generating new clients.
  • Responsible for lead generation and revenue generation.
  • Creating database from different social networking sites and other forum.
  • Running a monthly marketing campaign through Email, Phone & Events.
  • Stay up to date of market developments, understand competitor’s trends, analyze and use the same for targeting potential prospects.
  • Working closely with principle partners on various deals and managing partner relations.

Essential Skill set/s:

Business Development Management, IT Sales & Marketing, Client Handling.

 

Desirable Skill set/s:

  • Excellent communication skills & good business sense.
  • Must have knowledge in IT sales & Marketing.
  • Must have experience in working with target base job.
  • The ability to remain flexible and seek alternative options to problems.

Qualification:

MBA in Marketing from a renowned institute.

Work Experience:

3-5 years of relevant experience required.
